摘    要:对全取代风积沙砂浆的抗冻性进行了测试,以冻融循环过程中试件的质量损失和强度损失为评价指标,探索了不同胶砂比、水胶比和粉煤灰掺量对风积沙砂浆抗冻性的影响。结果表明,胶砂比越高、水胶比越低,风积沙砂浆的抗冻性越好;粉煤灰掺量越高,低强度风积沙砂浆体系冻融循环过程中质量损失越大,但是在胶砂比较高的体系中,粉煤灰掺入能够有效减小砂浆在冻融循环过程中的强度损失。通过线性拟合,得到了冻融循环150~300次过程中风积沙砂浆试件的强度损失和水胶比、粉煤灰掺量之间的关系。

Abstract:In this paper,the frost resistance of fully-replaced aeolian sand mortar was tested,and the quality loss and strength loss of the sample in the freeze-thaw cycle were used as evaluation indicators to explore the effect of different cement-sand ratio,water-cement ratio and fly ash content on frost resistance of aeolian sand mortar. The results show that the higher the cement-sand ratio and the lower the water-cement ratio,the better the frost resistance of the aeolian sand mortar. The higher the fly ash content,the greater the loss of mass during the freeze-thaw cycle of the low-strength aeolian sand mortar system,but the fly ash content can effectively reduce the loss of strength during freeze-thaw cycle in higher cement-sand ratio system. Through the linear fitting,the relationship between the strength loss of the aeolian sand mortar and the water-cement ratio and the fly ash content during the freeze-thaw cycle 150 to 300 times was obtained.
