新型复合自保温砌块的强度与保温性能

摘    要:为完善墙体保温结构,制备了一种新型复合自保温砌块;与蒸压加气混凝土砌块的制作工艺及抗压强度相比,新型复合自保温砌块免蒸压,更节能,且700级干密度等级下二者抗压强度差别不大;在满足外墙安全性的前提下,改变新型复合自保温砌块中聚苯板的厚度,得到符合节能75%要求的砌块结构组成;与外保温贴聚苯板墙体和空心砖砌体对比,相同节能效果下,使用新型复合自保温砌块砌筑的墙体,外墙总厚度更小,同时具有抗裂和抗剥落的结构优势。

Abstract:A new type of wall blocks was invented to improve thermal insulation structure of wall. Comparing to the production process and compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete block,new blocks are autoclave-free and energy-saving,and there is little difference in compressive strength below the dry density level of 700. Under the premise of satisfying the safety of the external wall,the size of the polystyrene board in the new wall block is changed,and the block structure conforming to the requirement of 75% energy saving is obtained. Compared with the outer heat-insulating polystyrene board wall and the hollow brick masonry,under the same energy-saving effect,the wall built with new wall blocks has a smaller overall size of the outer wall,and has the structural advantages of crack resistance and peeling resistance.
