摘    要:磷酸镁水泥因为其优良的性能而广泛应用在快速修补、危废处理等工程中。以硼砂为缓凝剂,从力学性能、耐水性、水化放热等角度研究了利用垃圾焚烧飞灰制备磷酸镁水泥的可能性。结果表明:随着硼砂掺量的增加,磷酸镁水泥的早期强度先提高后降低,硼砂的最佳掺量为6%;随着垃圾焚烧飞灰掺量的增加,磷酸镁水泥早期强度降低;延长掺垃圾焚烧飞灰磷酸镁水泥在空气中的预养护时间,可以提高磷酸镁水泥的耐水性;随着垃圾焚烧飞灰掺量的增加,磷酸镁水泥水化速率降低越明显。

Abstract:Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)is widely used in rapid repair and hazardous waste disposal because of its excellent performance.Using borax as retarder,the possibility of preparing magnesium phosphate cement from waste incineration fly ash was studied in terms of mechanical properties,water resistance and hydration heat release.The results show that:the early strength of MPC increased and then decreased with the increase of borax content,and the best content of borax was 6%,with the increase of fly ash content,the early strength of MPC was reduced,and the water resistance of MPC prepared by municipal incineration fly ash can be increased with the increase of pre-curing time in the air.With the increase of fly ash content,the effect on hydration rate of MPC decreased.
