附着式混凝土大立面养护布工程运用实例

以某市轨道交通站点混凝土复合墙为实验对象。以采用新型附着式混凝土大立面养护布、传统土工布养护与带模养护等不同养护方式为单一变量。以采集温度数据与外观质量对比为手段。对新型附着式混凝土大立面养护布在实际工程中的效果做出评价。结果表明,该养护方式对混凝土温度、湿度保障能力明显优于传统养护方式,能够明显提升混凝土质量。

Application example of attached concrete large facade maintenance cloth project

Taking the concrete composite wall of a city rail transit station as the experimental object.Different conservation methods such as new type of attached concrete large-section maintenance cloth,traditional geotextile maintenance and mold maintenance are used as a single variable.The method is to compare the temperature data with the appearance quality.The effect of the new type of attached concrete large-section maintenance cloth in actual engineering is evaluated.The results show that the maintenance method has better ability to guarantee the temperature and humidity of concrete than the traditional curing method,which can significantly improve the quality of concrete.
