摘    要:石河子地区普通农村住宅由于当地居民节能环保意识较差,采暖方式比较传统,造成本地区冬季采暖耗煤量巨大,而且室内热舒适度较差,为了改善这一现状,选取一幢普通农村住宅对其进行节能改造设计,应用DEST模拟软件对节能设计前后的住宅进行冬季采暖热负荷计算,根据计算结果进行经济性评价。结果显示,节能改造后的普通农村住宅在第13年即可收回改造成本,节能改造前景可观。

Abstract:Due to the poor awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection among local residents in Shihezi area, the heating method is more traditional, resulting in huge consumption of coal in winter in this area, and indoor thermal comfort is poor. In order to improve this situation, this paper selects an ordinary rural house. The ener. gy-saving retrofit design is carried out, and the DEST simulation software is used to calculate the winter heating heat load of the houses before and after the energy-saving design, and the economic evaluation is carried out according to the calculation results. The results show that the ordinary rural houses after energy-saving renovation can recover the transformation cost in the 13th year, and the prospect of energy-saving renovation is considerable.
