摘    要:以粉煤灰、膨润土和凝灰岩为主要原料,加入适量的发泡剂碳化硅和助熔剂氧化镁,在1200℃高温制成表观密度小、抗压碎强度高的陶粒。在一定原料配比的基础上研究了发泡剂和助熔剂用量、球磨时间等因素对陶粒性能的影响;利用X射线衍射仪对陶粒原料和成品进行物象分析。结果表明,当m(粉煤灰)∶m(膨润土)∶m(凝灰岩)=30∶12.5∶25、球磨时间为50 min、碳化硅用量为0.5%、氧化镁用量为2%时,所制备的陶粒性能最优;此时,陶粒密度为0.7111 g/cm^3,抗压碎强度为0.925 N,1 h吸水率为0.59%,24h吸水率为1.03%。

Abstract:Fly ash,bentonite and perlite tailings powder are used as the main raw materials, and on this basis,appropriate amounts of foaming agent silicon carbide and flux alumina were added,and ceramsite with small apparent density and high compressive strength were obtained at a high temperature of 1200 ℃. Based on the ratio of certain raw materials,a single factor experiment is conducted to study the factors such as the amount of foaming agent,auxiliary solvent and the milling time. The X-ray diffractometer is used to analyze the ceramsite raw materials and finished products. The results show that when fly ash:bentonite:perlite tailings powder=30∶12.5∶25, ball milling time is 50 min,silicon carbide dosage is 0.5%,and alumina dosage is 2%,the properties of the obtained ceramsite are optimal. The ceramsite density is 0.7111 g/cm3,the crushing resistance strength is 0.925 N,the water absorption rate is 0.59% in 1 h,and the water absorption rate is 1.03% in 24 h.
