硫铝酸盐水泥泡沫混凝土的物理性能研究

摘    要:研究了掺入偏高岭土和玻璃纤维后硫铝酸盐水泥泡沫混凝土含水率、吸水率、软化系数、干燥收缩和导热系数的变化。结果表明:掺入偏高岭土和玻璃纤维降低了泡沫混凝土的软化系数和导热系数;偏高岭土使泡沫混凝土的含水率和吸水率增大,掺入5%的偏高岭土降低了混凝土的干燥收缩;掺玻璃纤维泡沫混凝土的含水率和吸水率呈先增大后略微减小,当掺入0.10%的玻璃纤维时,泡沫混凝土的软化系数最小。

Abstract:The changes of water content,water absorption, softening coefficient, drying shrinkage and thermal conductivity of sulphoaluminate cement foamed concrete after blending with metakaolin(MK) and glass fiber(GF) were studied. The results show that the blended metakaolin and glass fibers reduce the softening coefficient and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete. In addition,metakaolin caused the increase of water content and water absorption of foamed concrete. Incorporation of 5% of metakaolin reduced the drying shrinkage of concrete. The water content and water absorption rate of foamed concrete incorporated with glass fiber first increased and then decreased slightly. When blended with 0.10% glass fiber,foamed concrete has the lowest softening coefficient.
