页岩陶粒的基本特性及其在工程中的应用

摘    要:研究分析了宜昌页岩陶粒的堆积密度、筒压强度、1h吸水率等基本特性,并与美国索耐特公司老牌页岩陶粒的相关性能指标进行了分析对比。阐述了页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土及其制品的力学性能、热工性能和页岩陶粒混凝土叠合楼板原型堆载试验结果,以及页岩陶粒混凝土在高层建筑工程中的典型应用实例。讨论了页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土在装配式建筑中的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of Yichang shale ceramsite, and compares the bulk density, compressive strength, and 1 h water absorption rate with the related performance indexes of shale ceramsite from an US company. The paper also describes the mechanical properties, thermal properties of shale ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete and its products, and illustrates the results of prototype shale ceramsite composite slab surfacing test, as well as typical application examples of shale ceramsite concrete in high-rise building engineering, and dis. cusses the application prospect of shale ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete in fabricated buildings.
