摘    要:采用普通硅酸水泥盐-硫铝酸盐水泥-改性膨胀剂三元复合胶凝体系配制道路混凝土(TCSC),并对其工作性能、力学性能、干燥收缩率、耐盐冻性能和SEM进行试验研究。结果表明:TCSC的2 h抗压强度能达到20 MPa以上,并且1 h坍落度能够保持在100 mm以上,56d空气中干缩率不超过0.032%,耐盐冻性能与普通硅酸盐体系相当,28水化产物晶形完整、结构致密,AFt晶体结构更粗大;聚丙烯腈纤维能够降低TCSC在空气中干缩率,提高耐盐冻性能;内养护剂降低其在空气中干缩率和耐冻性能。

Abstract:Road concrete was produced by ternary compound gel system (TCSC) with ordinary silicate sc*uemlphenutr aluminate cement and modified expansive agent, the working *performance mechanical properties?dry shrinkage, frost resistance and SEM test of TCSC was studied. The experimental results show that the 2 h compressive strength of TCSC can reach more than 20 MPa and it can keep 1 h slump in more than 100 mm, the 56 d air drying shrinkage rate is less than 0.032%, the salt frost resistance is basically same with the ordinary Portland system, and the 28 d hydration products is intact and dense, the AFt crystal structure is more bulky. Polypropylene fine fiber can reduce air drying shrinkage rate of TCSC, improve the salt frost resistance,the curing agent can reduce air drying shrinkage rate and salt frost resistance.
