摘    要:采用“四滴加”水溶液自由基聚合法合成了早强型聚羧酸系减水剂BRJ-T500。经过净浆流动度、常温及低温混凝土性能、预制构件厂应用等试验表明,BRJ-T500显著改善了混凝土的减水效果,改善了混凝土综合性能,尤其对混凝土早期强度(<7d)有明显的提高。该减水剂在混凝土的使用可有效缩短预制构件的脱模时间,加快低温环境的施工速度。

Abstract:An aqueous solution polymerization approach with four-stopcock dripping was introduced for the synthesis of a novel early strength polycarboxylic acid water -reducing agent BRJ -T500. The net slurry fluidity,room temperature and low temperature test of concrete as well as in-situ application test in a prefabricated factory have been carried out and the results demonstrated that BRJ -T500 can both accelerate water reducing rate and improve the workability of concrete effectively,in particular, enhanced the strength of concrete in the first seven days. These findings indicates that the use of BRJ-T500 in concrete reduces the stripping time of prefabricated building and accelerates the construction rate under low temperature winter circumstances.
