烧结页岩空心砖内热湿耦合传递试验研究

摘    要:采用2个恒温恒湿试验箱和1个自制的保温隔湿箱,搭建可控式热湿耦合试验台,实现烧结页岩空心砖两侧温湿度恒定但不相同的试验条件,对空心砖内热湿耦合传递进行一系列的试验研究。结果表明,空心砖有保温隔热、隔湿的效果;空心砖内有湿传递时加强了热传递,使空心砖的保温性能降低;湿传递的方向与热传递的方向是否相同会影响到空心砖的热性能;湿传递会受到热传递的影响,空心砖两侧温差越大,砖内相对湿度变化梯度越大;通过测量与计算得到空心砖的热阻为1.0281(m^2·K)/W,当量导热系数为0.23345W/(m·K)。

Abstract:Two constant temperature and humidity test chamber and one self-made heat preservation and isolation test box are used to set up a controllable thermal-humidity coupling test rig to realize the constant but different test conditions of temperature and humidity on both sides of sintered shale hollow brick. Thus,a series of experiments were carried out on the heat and moisture coupling transfer in hollow brick. The results show that the hollow brick has the effect of heat insulation and moisture insulation. The heat transfer is strengthened when there is moisture transfer in the hollow brick,and the thermal insulation performance of the hollow brick is reduced. Whether heat and humidity travel in the same direction also affects the thermal performance of hollow brick. The moisture transfer will be affected by heat transfer. The greater the temperature difference between the two sides of hollow brick is,the more relative humidity change in the brick will be. The thermal resistance of hollow brick is by measurement and calculation 1.0281 (m^2·K)/W,and the equivalent thermal conductivity is 0.23345 W/(m·K).
