矿渣微粉对水泥基轻质保温材料性能的影响探究

摘    要:利用水泥、矿渣微粉、激发剂和聚苯颗粒等材料,制备水泥基轻质保温材料,确定了矿渣微粉的最佳掺量为30%。使用复配激发剂对矿渣微粉的活性进行激发,当复配组分含量为1.5%CaO、1.5%NaOH和2%石膏时,强度最为理想,此时试样的3d和28d抗折、抗压强度依次为2.64 MPa、24.24 MPa、7.79 MPa、60.52 MPa,较空白试样对应提升36.1%、22%、20.4%、12%,并对其进行了机理分析。

Abstract:In this paper,cement-based lightweight insulation materials are prepared by using materials such as cement,slag powder,activator and polyphenyl granules,and the optimum dosage of slag powder is determined to be 30%.The compound stimulating agent is used to excite the activity of the slag powder.When the content of the compound component is 1.5%CaO,1.5%NaOH and 2%gypsum,the strength gets most ideal.At this time,the 3d and 28d samples are flexurized and pressed.The strengths are 2.64 MPa,24.24 MPa,7.79 MPa,and 60.52 MPa,which are 36.1%,22%,20.4%,and 12%higher than the blank samples,the mechanism is also analyzed.
