摘    要:对钼尾矿粉进行活化处理,掺加硅酸盐水泥及外加剂制备复合胶凝材料,采用化学发泡工艺制备了40%钼尾矿粉掺量水泥基保温板。研究了钼尾矿粉掺量对泡沫混凝土的干密度、抗压强度和导热系数的影响,利用Image Pro Plus软件分析了孔径大小及分布,探讨了泡沫混凝土孔径大小及孔隙率对其导热系数的影响规律。

Abstract:The composite cementitious material was prepared by activating molybdenum tailings powder and adding Portland cement and admixture,and subsequently the foamed cement insulation panel with 40% molybdenum tailings was prepared by chemical foaming process. The effect of the molybdenum tailings dosage on dry density,compressive strength and thermal conductivity of foamed concrete were studied. The pore size distribution and pore size were analyzed by Image Pro Plus software,and the influence law of pore size and porosity of foamed concrete on its thermal conductivity was revealed.
