夏热冬冷地区被动式超低能耗绿色建筑室内热湿环境营造及实测分析

摘    要:对夏热冬冷地区江苏省某研发中心被动式超低能耗办公楼室内外环境参数进行为期7d的实测,并对室内外热湿环境参数进行线性拟合,考察了不同功能区的室内温湿度及舒适性。结果表明:在夏热冬冷地区室外大温湿度差的干扰下,从逐时室内温湿度来看,被动式超低能耗建筑室内温湿度受干扰很小;但在过渡季逐渐转夏季时,室内最高温度间歇性达到28℃,相对湿度基本处于70%~90%,均值为72.5%,存在着湿度大且间歇性过热的现象.良好的建筑密闭性和适当的通风是解决夏热冬冷地区室内舒适度有效的被动式节能措施。

Abstract:The indoor and outdoor environmental parameters of a passive ultra-low energy office building in a research and development center in Jiangsu Province in the hot summer and cold winter area were measured for one week,and the indoor and outdoor thermal and humid environment parameters were linearly fitted.The indoor temperature,humidity and comfort of different functional areas were investigated.The results show that under the disturbance of outdoor large temperature and humidity in the hot summer and cold winter regions,the indoor temperature and humidity of passive ultra-low energy buildings are less affected by the indoor temperature and humidity.However,during the transition season when it gradually turns to summer,the indoor maximum temperature intermittently reaches 28℃,the relative humidity is basically between 70%and 90%,the average value is 72.5%,there is a phenomenon of large humidity and intermittent overheating.It can be concluded that good building tightness and proper ventilation are effective passive energy saving for solving indoor comfort in hot summer and cold winter areas.
