三相导电混凝土拌和工艺及配合比试验研究

摘    要:选取碳纤维、石墨和钢纤维为导电相材料制备接地特性良好的三相导电混凝土,对其拌和工艺、配合比及接地特性进行了试验研究。结果表明,三相导电混凝土的最优配合比为:碳纤维掺量0.4%、石墨掺量2%、钢纤维掺量0.8%,按此配比制备的三相导电混凝土28 d抗折、抗压强度分别为6.1、36.5 MPa,电阻率为1.97Ω·m,符合接地材料力学性能和导电性能要求。电阻率在-10~60℃范围内的变化幅度为0.56Ω·m,随环境湿度变化电阻率的变化幅度为0.28Ω·m,具有优良的电阻稳定性。

Abstract:Carbon fiber,graphite and steel fiber were selected as conductive phase materials to prepare three-phase conductive concrete with good grounding characteristics. The mixing technology,mix proportion and grounding characteristics of three-phase conductive concrete were studied. The results show that the optimum mix proportion of three-phase conductive concrete is carbon fiber of 0.4%,graphite of 2% and steel fiber of 0.8%. The 28 d bending strength and the compressive strength of three-phase conductive concrete is 6.1 MPa and 36.5 MPa respectively,and the 28 d resistivity of three-phase conductive concrete is 1.97 Ω·m,which meets the requirements of mechanical properties and conductivity of grounding materials. The rangeability of resistivity between -10 ℃ and 60 ℃ is 0.56 Ω·m and the resistivity variation with ambient humidity is 0.28 Ω·m. The conductive performance is stable.
