寒冷地区专用改性沥青防水卷材的制备及性能

摘    要:针对内蒙古寒冷地区的气候特点,选择具有热电特性及离子释放性的电气石负离子粉与SBS作为沥青改性剂,通过剪切共混法成功制备出新型电气石负离子粉/SBS复合改性沥青及其沥青防水卷材,并进行相关物理性能试验。结果表明,电气石负离子粉能够显著改善复合改性沥青的高低温性能及弹性恢复率,且制备的电气石负离子粉/SBS复合改性沥青防水卷材具有优良的拉伸性能、低温柔性、耐热性、不透水性及抗剥离性能。

Abstract:According to the climate characteristics of cold region of Inner Mongolia,tourmaline anion powder with the thermoelectric properties and ion release properties and the traditional polymer SBS were used as modifying agent,then,the new tourmaline anion powder/SBS composite modified asphalt was successfully prepared by a new shear blending method and the corresponding asphalt waterproofing materials,finally,the related physical properties of the samples was studied by different experiments. The results show that the tourmaline anion powder can significantly improve the high and low temperature performance and elastic recovery rate of the composite modified asphalt,and the prepared tourmaline anion powder/SBS composite modified asphalt waterproof rolling material possess excellent tensile properties,low temperature flexibility,heat resistance,water permeability and anti-stripping performance.
