摘    要:对盐石膏进行扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析,获得其颗粒形态特征和化学成分,并采用RS-SST型流变仪研究盐石膏掺量对盐石膏-水泥浆体屈服应力、塑性黏度和触变性的影响。结果表明:盐石膏的主要化学成分为二水硫酸钙和碳酸钙;盐石膏-水泥浆体的流变性属于宾汉姆流体模型,随着剪切速率的增大,浆体明显表现出剪切变稀现象;随着盐石膏掺量的增加,水泥浆体的屈服应力和塑性黏度都增大,触变性逐渐增强。

Abstract:Scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)of salt gypsum were carried out to obtain the particle morphology and chemical composition. The RS-SST rheometer was used to study the effect of salt gypsum dosage on the yield stress,plastic viscosity and thixotropy of salt gypsum-cement slurry. The results show that the main chemical components of salt gypsum are calcium sulfate dihydrate and calcium carbonate;the rheology of salt gypsum-cement slurry belongs to Bingham fluid model. With the increase of shear rate,the slurry shows obvious shear thinning,with the increase of salt-gypsum content,the yield stress and plastic viscosity of cement slurry increase,and its thixotropy gradually increases.
