摘    要:以高石英含量的建筑渣土、建筑废玻璃和高炉渣为原料制备高性能烧结砖,研究了原料配比、物料含水率、烧结温度对烧结砖性能的影响。结果表明,原料配比为:建筑渣土80%、废玻璃9%、高炉渣11%,物料含水率13%,925℃烧结2 h时,烧结砖的抗压强度达89.37 MPa,24 h吸水率为16.64%,密度为1630 kg/m^3,性能符合GB/T5101—2017《烧结普通砖》规定的(MU30)要求。其中,建筑渣土为烧结砖骨架和主体,废玻璃助熔降低烧结温度,高炉渣可析晶强化,三种废弃物协同作用既降低了烧结砖的烧结温度,又提高了其性能。

Abstract:High-performance sintered bricks were prepared by using high quartz content of construction dregs,waste glasses and blast furnace slag as raw materials. Effects of raw materials ratio,sintering temperature and materials water content on properties of sintered bricks were studied. The results show that when conditions are: construction dregs is 80%,waste glasses is 9%,blast furnace slag is 11%,sintering temperature is 925 ℃ and holding time is 2 h,materials water content is 13%,the prepared fired brick sample's compressive strength reaches 89.37 MPa,24 h water absorption is 16.64%,density is 1630 kg/m3,and the above performance indicators satisfy the requirements(MU30) of relevant national standard GB / T 5101—2017 "fired common brick". Building residue is the skeleton and main body of the fired brick,waste glass is fluxed,blast furnace slag can be crystallized and play an enhanced role. The synergistic effect of different wastes not only reduces the preparation temperature of sintered brick,but also improves its performance.
