摘    要:以膨润土为主要原料,丙烯酸单体为改性剂,采用水溶液聚合法制备丙烯酸聚合物/膨润土复合防水材料(BPN),采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM对所制备样品的结构进行了分析表征。结果表明:膨润土在丙烯酸聚合改性过程中片层结构不变,但层间水受丙烯酸聚合物亲水基团影响有变化,且剥片程度增大。BPN的耐盐性明显优于膨润土。

Abstract:Using acrylic monomer as modifier,a new pattern waterproof material--BPN(bentonite-polymer nanocomposite)was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization from bentonite. The prepared samples were analyzed in virtue of FT-IR,XRD and SEM. The results show that the layered structure of bentonite has not been changed during the acrylic acid polymeric modification process. But the interlayer water of bentonite has changed by the existence of hydrophilic group from acrylic polymer,and the delaminating degree also increases obviously. The salt tolerance of BPN is significantly better than that of bentonite.
