摘    要:以石灰石粉、硬脂酸丁酯和膨胀珍珠岩为原料制备相变骨料,将相变骨料等体积替代砂,硅粉等质量代替水泥进行试验,研究了相变骨料及硅粉掺量对混凝土抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明:相变骨料掺量对混凝土的抗冲击性能有一定影响,但并无规律可寻,相变骨料最佳掺量应为6%~12%;当硅粉掺量为6%~18%时,硅粉代替水泥能够有效改善混凝土的抗冲击性能。

Abstract:Phase change aggregate was prepared by using limestone powder,butyl stearate and expanded perlite as raw materials. The effect of different volume of phase change aggregate and silica powder on the impact resistance of concrete is studied by replacing the sand with the same volume of the phase change aggregate and the cement with same mass of silica powder. The results show that the amount of phase change aggregate has a certain effect on the impact resistance of concrete,but there is no law to find,the optimal dosage of the phase change aggregate should be 6%~12%. When silica powder content is 6%~18%,silica powder can effectively improve the impact resistance of concrete.
