聚丙烯纤维对泡沫混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:泡沫混凝土作为建筑材料有许多优势,但是泡沫混凝土的力学性能低影响其进一步的应用。研究聚丙烯纤维对泡沫混凝土力学性能的影响,当聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.3%时,可显著地提高泡沫混凝土的力学性能,并且低掺量的聚丙烯纤维对泡沫混凝土的空隙有补强作用,而高掺量的聚丙烯纤维会使泡沫混凝土中的空气空隙增多反而降低泡沫混凝土的力学性能。同时,聚丙烯纤维的掺入对泡沫混凝土的导热系数也会产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Foamed concrete has many advantages as a building material,but the low mechanical properties of foamed concrete affect its further application. The effect of polypropylene fiber on the mechanical properties of foam concrete was studied. It was found that when polypropylene fiber doping amount was 0.3%,polypropylene fiber could significantly improve the mechanical properties of foam concrete,and low content of polypropylene fiber has a reinforcing effect to the void of foamed concrete. While the high content of polypropylene fibers causes the air voids in the foamed concrete to be increased,thereby reducing the mechanical properties of the foam concrete. At the same time,the doping of polypropylene fibers will also have a certain influence on the thermal conductivity of polypropylene fibers.
