摘    要:现有的国内外定制家居产品有害物质释放量测试方法中,有干燥器法、穿孔萃取法、气候箱法、气体分析法等,其中大多数为破坏性试验,而非破坏性的流通型气候箱法测试时间长,测试结果准确性差。为了无破损地测试定制家居产品中的有害物质含量,在研究整体产品气候箱法原理的基础上,设计开发了定制家居产品密闭箱测试方法,该测试方法有效对接了国家室内空气质量监测标准,能更直观地反映实际使用时有害物质的释放量。

Abstract:Up to now,there are many test methods of the hazardous substances in custom-housing product,such as dryer method,perforation extraction method,climatic box method and gas analysis method. Most of them are destructive tests,while the non-destructive test method-flow chamber method need long test time and the test result maybe inaccurate. This study design and develop a sealed climate chamber method which can measure the hazardous substances in custom-housing product without destruction under the basis of studying the climatic box method of integrated product. The test method effectively meets the national indoor air quality monitoring standards,and the test result of hazardous substances will be more accurate and scientific.
