耐盐冻水泥基修补材料与旧混凝土粘结性能研究

摘    要:通过耐盐冻水泥基修补材料(SRCBPM)与旧混凝土的劈裂抗拉试验,研究了旧混凝土的界面粗糙度、抗压强度、纳米SiO2改性SRCBPM以及盐冻条件下引气型旧混凝土对2种材料之间粘结强度的影响。结果表明:随着旧混凝土粗糙度和抗压强度的提高,SRCBPM与旧混凝土的粘结强度提高;掺入纳米SiO2能够提高SRCBPM与旧混凝土的粘结强度,随着旧混凝土强度等级的提高,纳米SiO2提高粘结强度效果逐渐下降;盐冻条件下,引气型旧混凝土与SRCBPM在60次盐冻循环下粘结强度损失率要明显小于非引气型旧混凝土。

Abstract:By salt-resistant cement based patching material(SRCBPM) and the old concrete splitting tensile test,studied the interfacial roughness of old concrete,compressive strength,nano-SiO2 modified SRCBPM and air-entraining old concrete under the condition of salt frozen impact on the bond strength of the two kinds material. The results showed that:with the increase of roughness and compressive strength of old concrete,the bond strength of SRCBPM and old concrete increases;Nano SiO2 can improve the bond strength of SRCBPM and old concrete,with the improvement of old concrete strength grade,the promotion effect of bond strength gradually decreases;Under the condition of salt frozen,the 60 times salt frozen cycle bond strength loss rate of air-entraining old concrete and SRCBPM is less than that of non air-entraining old concrete.
