电感耦合等离子体质谱技术进展及其在冶金分析中的应用

摘    要:综述了近年来电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)技术的发展趋势,重点对其关键部件离子透镜系统、碰撞/反应池、质量分析器及检测器的现状及研究进展进行了评述。归纳了ICP-MS及激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)技术在冶金分析中的应用,阐述了其中的干扰问题及消除与校正方法,并介绍了冶金分析中定量分析方法。

Abstract:The development tendency of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) technology in recent years was reviewed in this paper. The current situation and research progress of the key parts including ion lens system, collision/reaction cell, mass analyzer and detector were focused on. The application of ICP-MS and laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS) technology in metallurgical analysis was summarized. The interference problem and elimination as well as correction methods were discussed. Moreover, the quantitative analysis methods in metallurgical analysis were introduced.
