季铵盐型黏土抑制剂的合成与性能研究

摘    要:通过亲核取代反应,以β-环糊精(β-CD)和3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTAC)为主要原料制备了一种季铵盐型黏土抑制剂。红外光谱(FTIR)和核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)分析结果表明,β-CD和CHPTAC反应得到了目标产物。水泥净浆流动度测试结果表明:当聚羧酸减水剂(PC)与黏土抑制剂折固掺量分别为0.15%和0.015%时,水泥净浆30min流动度为257mm,较仅掺加PC时增大5%;当水泥中内掺1%膨润土时,水泥净浆30min流动度为181mm,较仅掺加PC时增大13%,自制黏土抑制剂有效降低了聚羧酸减水剂对黏土的敏感性。

Abstract:The quaternary ammonium clay inhibitor was prepared by nucleophilic substitution reaction of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride(CHPTAC),FTIR and 1H NMR results indicated that CHPTAC was grated on the structure of β-CD successfully. The cement paste fluidity test results show that when the mass dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PC) and clay inhibitor were 0.15% and 0.015% of cement mass respectively,the fluidity was 257 mm at 30 min,which is 5% higher than that with only polycarboxylate superplasticizer. When 1% bentonite to replace,the fluidity was 181 mm at 30 min,which is 13% higher than that with only polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The as-prepared quaternary ammonium clay inhibitor could effectively reduces the sensitivity of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer to clay.
