玄武岩纤维沥青混合料劈裂试验研究

摘    要:玄武岩纤维具有高强度和极高的弹性模量特点,掺入沥青混合料稍加混合就能均匀分布并发挥作用,提高路用沥青综合性能。研究了玄武岩纤维掺量对2种不同沥青混合料劈裂强度的影响。结果表明:在常温(25℃)及低温(-10℃)条件下,掺加玄武岩纤维的沥青混合料劈裂强度均较未掺玄武岩纤维的有显著的提高;在低温(-10℃)条件下玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料劈裂强度的提高效果更明显;玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料加筋效果明显并起到了阻止裂缝产生的作用。

Abstract:Basalt fiber has the characteristics of high strength and high modulus of elasticity,when it is doped into the asphalt mixture,it can be distributed uniformly by simple stirring and improve the comprehensive performance of pavement asphalt. The effect of basalt fiber dosage on the splitting strength of two different asphalt mixtures was studied. The results show that under normal temperature(25 ℃) and low temperature(-10 ℃),the splitting strength of asphalt mixture with basalt fiber is significantly higher than that without doping basalt fiber,at low temperature(-10 ℃),the improvement effect of basalt fiber on the splitting strength of asphalt mixture is more obvious, the basalt fiber has significant effect on the reinforcement of asphalt mixture and plays a role in preventing cracks.
