摘    要:在浮法锡槽运行过程中,由于锡液在高温状态极易被氧化,需要N、H气体来保护。为了防止保护气体外泄,阻2 2止外界空气(氧气)进入锡槽污染锡液,对锡槽的密封性能要求极高。本文主要探讨对锡槽密封性能起积极作用的相关改良措施。

Abstract:In the running of tin bath the melt-tin is susceptible to oxidation at the high temperature atmosphere. For this reason the upper space of tin bath was filled with protective gases of hydrogen and nitrogen. In order to block both the leak of protective gases and the entrance of oxygen from air higher sealability of the tin bath is necessary.Therefore some helpful measure for this seal purpose were presented in this paper.
