深井软岩马头门复合支护的实践与研究

摘    要:针对潘三矿深部风井马头门位于软岩中且围岩应力大这一技术难题,采用了锚网索喷+钢筋混凝土暄体二次支护+深浅孔注浆补强加固的复合支护结构。由于顶板下沉较为严重,采用锚、注联合支护技术对其进行修复,并对修复效果进行监测。监测结果表明:修复加固措施有效的控制了巷道的变形,取得了良好的加固效果,确保了马头门的安全运营。

Abstract:Against the problem that the air shaft ingate of Pansan mine is in the soft rock, and the large pressure of sur-rounding rock, composite support structure means of the anchor cable nets spray +secondary support of reinforced concrete +the depth of the hole grouting reinforcement was set up. Because of the roof sinking is serious, we use the technology which com-bine anchor cable with grouting to repair it, and monitor it at the same time. The monitoring result shows that, the deformation of the surrounding rock is under control after the repairing and rein-forcing. The good effects guaranteed the safe operation of the in-gate.
