摘    要:以自密实混凝土应用技术规程[1]为基础,采用先设计后调整的方法研究砂的类别及砂率、用水量、减水剂种类及石子粒径大小对自密实混凝土坍落扩展度,通过V型漏斗的时间,通过U型箱等的工作性能以及7 d和28 d强度的影响,经过实验反复优化,最终配制出机制砂自密实混凝土。

Abstract:Based on the technical specification of self -compacted concrete, the effect of the sand type, sand ratio, water content, water reducing agent type and gravel size on the properties of self - compacted concrete are studied, including slump, the time to pass through the V-shaped funnel, the ca-pacity to pass through U-shaped box of all the Work perform-ance, and the 7 days and 28 days strength. The self-compac-ted concrete was designed first and was optimized after several experiments. Then a rational mix proportion for the self-com-pacted concrete using manufactured sand is obtained.
