摘    要:综合定位误差方程能计算各种因素所产生的定位误差,是校核夹具精度控制的科学依据。应用综合定位误差方程来校核夹具设计精度的合理性及对相关精度进行合理调控,可以有效提高夹具设计质量及夹具设计的一次成功率。

Abstract:Integrated positioning error equation can be used to calculate positioning error produced by various factors,and it is the scientific basis for precision control of the fixture. It is proved that to verify the reasonability of fixture design accuracy and make rational regulation to the correlative precision with integrated positioning error equation can effectively improve the quality of fixture design,and increase the one-time success rate.
