摘    要:贯流式水轮发电机具有效率高、尺寸小、经济性好等优点,近年来在国内发展非常迅速,设计制造的单机容量和机组尺寸不断增加,结合蜀河机组介绍了贯流式水轮发电机磁极铁心的设计特点,总结了贯流式水轮发电机磁极铁心的制造工艺,为大尺寸贯流式磁极铁心制造提供参考.

Abstract:The tubular hydrogenerator has the advantages of higher efficiency, smaller size and better economy, and it has rapidly developed at home in resent ten years, The capacity of the designed and manufactured hydrogenerator and dimensions of unit are sustainedly increased. Taking Shuhe unit as an example, this paper introduces the design characteristics of magnetic pole core of tubular hydrogenerator and systematically summarizes its manufacturing technology. It can provide a reference for manufacturing large-sized magnetic pole core of tubular hydrogen- erator.
