汽车用弹簧扁钢60Si2Mn淬火开裂分析

摘    要:对用60Si2Mn生产的汽车用弹簧扁钢出现的淬火裂纹形态及其形成原因进行了分析,研究结果表明:厚截面板簧选用60Si2Mn,由于此材质的产品淬透性稍差,采用水基淬火液淬火时,因冷却速度较快,需严格控制水基淬火液浓度,一旦控制不当易引起淬火开裂等现象。建议汽车板簧生产厂家选用50CrVA类淬透性较好的弹簧扁钢生产厚截面板簧,确保产品质量。

Abstract:The quenching crack reason and morphology of spring flat steel grade 60Si2 Mn for automotive are analyzed.The results show that the hardenability of 60Si2 Mn is a bit poor,when using this material through water-soluble quenching liquid for quenching,due to fast cooling,quenching liquid concentration must be strictly controlled.It's apt to cause the problem such as quenching cracking once controlled inappropriate.It is suggested to choose grade 50 CrVA with better hardenability to produce thick section plate spring to ensuring the product quality.
