自动化立体仓库下位机控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:自动化立体仓库是现代物流与仓储系统的重要装备,笔者以实际实施项目为背景对立体仓库下位机控制系统进行设计。该系统基于现场总线与工业以太网技术架构输送机和堆垛机控制网络,现场执行器件采用业界先进成熟的产品,并根据立库作业特点设计了合理的控制流程,控制程序采用模块化编程结构,按照不同控制要求划分功能块,最后经S7-PLCSIM软件仿真验证,程序各功能块运行准确,能达到预期结果,可应用于实际工程现场。

Abstract:Automated warehouse is an important equipment of modern logistics and warehousing system,in this paper,in the background of the actual implementation of projects,the console computer control system is designed. Based on the fieldbus and industry Ethernet technology,control network system of conveyor and stacker is constructed,the industrial advanced and mature products are used as the executive devices,and reasonable control process is designed according to the characteristics of warehouse operating,adopting the modular programming structure for control procedures,function blocks are divided according to the different control requirements. Finally,it is shown through simulation and verification of the S7-PLCSIM software that each function block of the program runs accurately,and can achieve the desired results,thus it could be applied in the actual project.
