摘    要:通过使用TMCP工艺生产高性能耐候桥梁用钢HPS70W的生产实践,主要讨论了两种不同厚度钢板的生产工艺和组织性能,该钢完全符合或超过美国标准《桥梁结构钢ASTM A709》的高性能桥梁用钢HPS70W的要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces the production practice of atmosphere corrosion resisting steel HPS70 W for bridge with high performance through TMCP technology.It mainly discusses the production process and microstructure property at two different thickness.The steel can meet or excel the requirements of steel grade HPS70 W specified in ASTM A709 Structure Steel for Bridge.
