对先进制造技术的系统性特点进行了分析 ,认为随着先进制造技术开始发展成为多学科交叉融合一体化的新一代制造科学 ,在应用与发展先进制造技术不能孤立看待某一先进制造技术 ,不应以追求技术的高新为目的 ,必须用全面、整体和系统的观点及手段对其进行处理 ,协调系统内部的各个要素 ,追求总体优化 ,必须重视技术、组织、管理及人的综合 .先进制造技术必须以人为中心 ,其运作需要先进的制造模式相匹配

Using Systematic View on the Application and Development of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies

The systematic characteristics of advanced manufacturing technologies are analysed in this paper. It is thought that with the development of advanced manufacturing technologies, they are becoming a new generation manufacturing sciences of poly techniques that are becoming melting together. One kind of advanced manufacturing technology should not be developed and viewed separately during the development. The high tech should not be the aim in the advanced manufacturing technologies. The comprehensive, integral and systematic views and means should be used in dealing with the development of advanced manufacturing technologies. All the factors of the system must be harmonized and the collective goal should be pursued. The synthesis of technologies, organizations, managements and human beings must be paid more attention. The human beings are the center in the advanced manufacturing technology systems. The function of advanced manufacturing technologies must be compatible with the advanced manufacturing mode.
