| 摘 要： | "优质交通"是粤港澳三地建设优质生活圈的共同意愿和诉求,要求构筑高效、绿色、一体化综合交通系统,以交通为先导带动区域发展,推动大珠三角优质生活圈的形成和发展.从发展目标、策略和保障机制等方面,重点探讨了提升区域综合交通系统效能、优化区域交通结构和绿色交通标准、改善跨界交通及通关便利性等问题,对三地交通基建合作共建的保障体制也进行了深入研究,为粤港澳共建优质生活圈"优质交通"相关规划的制定与实施提供参考.
