摘    要:通过3种不同来源细菌的比较,将三种细菌优化配比成复合功能茵,在此基础上,进行了该复合功能菌对养殖水体高浓度有机氮作用的研究,结果表明,光合细菌、放线菌、枯草芽孢杆菌混合培养能有效去除养殖水体中的高浓度有机氮,并通过在晋阳湖的小范围试验进一步证实了实验结果.为微生物共培养在养殖水体净化方面的应用提供依据.

Abstract:The actions of three bacteria from different sources,and the compound function bacteria through optimization and formulation with them on high strength organic nitrogen in culturing waters was studied through comparsion. The results showed that the mixing cultivation of photosynthetic bacteria,ray fungi,Bacillus subtilis could effectively remove high strength organic nitrogen in culturing waters to further verify the test results in lab through small scale test in Jinyang Lake, providing base for further application in culturing water purification for co-culturing microoganism.
