| 摘 要： | 针对氨纶纤维的特性,棉氨弹力抗皱免烫整理织物前处理采用高温快速烧毛工艺,酶退浆工艺、丝光碱浓度控制在240 g/L,以减少氨纶纤维在加工中的损伤；潮交联工艺中的堆置温度控制在38℃,相对湿度为55％,堆置时间为24h.生产的棉氨弹力织物具有较好的抗皱免烫效果,提高了产品的附加值.

| Abstract: | According to the characteristic of cotton/polyurethane fiber,anti-crease finish of cotton/polyurethane elastic fabric is introduced.High temperature quick singeing,enzyme desizing and mercerization with 240 g/L caustic soda are carried out in order to reduce the damage to polyurethane fiber.Moisture crosslinking process is undergone at 38 ℃ for 24 h with relative humidity of 55%.The finished cotton/polyurethane elastic fabric has good crease resistance and easy care property,which increase the added value of the product. |
