基于模糊控制的异步电机软启动器的研制

摘    要:基于无速度传感器和模糊控制,提出了一种异步电机软启动器的研制方案,将无速度传感器应用到异步电动机的软启动器中,采用模糊控制器来实现电流控制,使异步电机软启动过程中存在的非线性控制得到了改进和提高。以MC9S12DG128单片机作为其控制器,对软启动控制系统的硬件电路和软件程序进行了设计。实验结果表明:该软启动器结构简单,系统损耗减小,稳定性和精度得到了提高,其中电压精度达到了0.01 V,对电机及其拖动系统有更好的保护作用。

Abstract:A asynchronous motor soft starter is designed based on speed sensor-less and fuzzy control,speed sensor-less is combined with asynchronous motor soft starter,current is controlled by fuzzy controller,it improves and enhances nonlinear control in the asynchronous motor soft starting process.The controller is MC9S12DG128,the hardware circuit and software circuit are designed in this paper.The experimental results show that the soft starter has simple structure,and the system loss is reduced,the stability and precision is improved,current precision is 0.01 V,and it can protect the motor and drag system better.
