摘    要:本文设计一种基于VC的便携式输液控制精度红外检测系统,该系统采用双光电传感器进行滴速检测以确保其测试的可靠性。系统采用USB接口5V供电,利用信号调理电路将光电传感器获取信号进行处理,通过数据采集卡的USB接口与计算机进行通信。采用VC编写计算机软件,实现数据显示、曲线绘制、数据处理和存储等功能。测试结果表明,该检测系统性能良好、操作简便,其测试精度能够满足检测标准的要求。

Abstract:An infrared testing system which can control the transfusion accuracy is designed. Two photoelectric sensors are used in this system to insure the accuracy. 5 V DC power is supplied through the USB interface. The signal conditioning circuit is used to process the signal obtained from these photoelectric sensors. Using the USB technology to implement the communication between host and the data acquisition card. This software compiled by VC includes mainly: data display, graph show, data processing and storage. The experimental results show that this system has excellent performance, convenient operation and meet the requirements of precision.
