上海中心大厦主楼深大圆基坑施工风险分析及应对措施

摘    要:首先对软土地区深基坑工程的常规性风险进行分析,然后结合上海中心大厦主楼深基坑工程具体情况,对主楼深基坑及地下连续墙进行受力简化分析,进而提出分析基坑内外土体分布情况、控制围护结构施工质量、监测坑内水位、控制基坑开挖方式、检查周边堆载情况及重视监测数据分析等风险应对措施,降低了深基坑工程的风险,保证了基坑工程顺利实施.

Abstract:The conventional risk of deep foundation excavation in soft soil area is analyzed.Then on the base of actual conditions of the foundation excavation in Shanghai Tower Main Building,the stress analysis is done for the deep foundation excavation.Furthermore,the risk control measures are put forward to reduce the risk of deep foundation excavation and ensure the foundation safety such as analyzing on soil distribution of soils surrounding the foundation excavation methods,controlling construction quality of the support structures,monitoring the water level in the foundation excavation,controlling the excavation methods,checking the loads surrounding the foundation excavation and emphasizing on the analysis of monitoring data.
