国外集成化测井技术

国外集成化测井技术目前最具代表性的是斯伦贝谢公司开发研制的 Platform Express,它是对传统的三组合仪器串 (密度、中子、电阻率以及辅助测量 )的优化设计和组装 ,长度和重量都缩减了一半多 ,测速提高了 1倍 ,抗震性能明显提高 ,可以记录三组合仪器串的所有测量自然伽马、中子孔隙度、体积密度、Pe、冲洗带电阻率和地层电阻率值 ;辅助测量包括井径、加速度、电缆张力、井温、泥饼厚度以及仪器与井壁的距离 ;在短半径水平井、狗腿子井以及不规则井眼中的测井成功率高 ,适合于开发井测井和老油田挖潜 ,是一种低成本、高效率的测井仪器系列。

Worldwide Integrated Logging Technology. WLT,2001,25(4):245-249 At present, the most representative worldwide integrated logging technology is Platform Express developed by Schlumberger. The sensors of the conventional triple combination logging string (density, neutron porosity,resistivity and auxiliary logs)have been upgraded, re packaged and re engineered into a combination tool,both length and weight of which are less than half of the conventional one;it is highly reliable and has twice the logging speed of the canventional one, too.The combination tool provides all kinds of measuremets, such as gamma ray, neutron porosity, bulk density, photoelectric factor, R xo and formation resistivity. Its auxiliary measurements include borehole caliper, accelerometer, cable tension, temperature, mudcake thickness and standoff. It can successfully traverse short radius wells, dogleg wells and other irregular holes and is applicable for development well logging and field rejuvenation efforts. It is a cost effective logging string.
