慢脉冲快速充电均衡性的研究

摘    要:由于阀控式铅酸(VRLA)电池中单体电池内阻、电压和容量的不一致,导致使用过程中差别扩大,使电池组循环寿命缩短。分析了电池组性能差别扩大的原因,研究了慢脉冲快速充电方法的充电性能。结果表明:该方法有利于VRLA电池的均衡充电,抑制单体不一致性的扩大,延长电池组的寿命到700次循环以上。

Abstract:Because of the non-uniformity of internal resistance,voltage and capacity of single cell of the valve-regulated lead acid(VRLA) battery,the differences would be expanded in using and the cycle life of the battery group shortened.The reasons were analyzed.The charge performance of the slow pulse fast charge method was studied.The result showed that the method was hepful to balance charging of VRLA battery,reduced the non-uniformity of single cell,extended the life of the batteries to more than 700 cycles.
