摘    要:5A06铝合金焊接燃油箱在试车过程中出现漏油,通过对漏油部位焊缝的理化检验,证实该裂纹是由焊接热影响区裂纹引起的,并从成分偏析、温度和应力三个方面分析了5A06铝合金焊接热影响区裂纹的成因,说明该裂纹是由油箱隔板焊接缺陷引起,与母材无关,并提出了焊接工艺的改进方法.

Abstract:5A06 aluminium ahoy fuel tank spilled fuel in testing.The authors studied the welding seam in spillage fuel position by metallography technique.The results indicated that crackle was attribute to welding hot infection.The authors analyzed the cause of fracture in 5A06 aluminium ahoy fuel tank made by manual TIG welding technology in composition partial separation,temperature and stress.h makes out the crackle has nothing to do with base metal.The authors put forward some prevention measure.
