基于Plaxis 2D的对多高层建筑主楼与裙楼之间基础沉降差异的分析

摘    要:借助Plaxis的有限元分析程序,模拟不同荷载下基底沉降的变化,揭示了多高层建筑主楼与裙楼之间基底地基土沉降变化的规律;对比基底地基土塑性点形成前后的沉降变化曲线,得出土体弹塑性状态是影响土体沉降曲线的重要因素的结论;根据近年对已建成高层建筑主楼基础与相连的裙楼基础的沉降观测结论,验证用Plaxis2D计算该类型沉降问题的可行性。

Abstract:Depending on finite element analysis program of Plaxis,calculating non-uniform settlement,revealed the podium of the settlement in multi-storey building;Comparied of the settlement curve between elastic and plastic,concluding the important affecting for soil settlement;Basing on the observation of settlement in recent years,it's feasible to use the Plaxis 2D to solve this kind of problem.
