冷轧薄板表面缺陷分析

用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等手段对ＫＱ２３５ＢＦ钢冷轧薄板表面缺陷进行了综合分析，结果表明该冷轧薄板表面缺陷是由于钢锭在均热炉内加热过程中生成的铁鳞即氧化铁皮在开坯和轧钢过程中未完全脱落和清除而被轧入钢基表面引起的。

Analysis of Surface Defects on Cold Rolled Sheet

Comprehensive analysis of the surface defects on KQ235F steel cold rolled sheet has been carried out with optic microscope and electronic microscope. The results show that these surface defects are due to the fact that the iron scales .i. e. scales formed during the heat-ing process of ingots in the soaking pit have not been shed and cleared away completely in theblooming and rolling process and eventually rolled into the steel-base surface.
