摘    要:冷渣器是循环流化床(CFB)锅炉稳定运行的关键部件之一,防止冷渣器事故是提高CFB锅炉效率和安全经济运行的有效方法。介绍了440 t/h超高压再热CFB锅炉冷渣器的结构和工作原理,对其在运行中常见的故障进行了分析,并提出了相应的预防和处理方法。

Abstract:Slag coolers are one of the key components for warranting steady operation of circulating fluidized bed boilers.Prevention of slag cooler failures is an effective way of raising the efficiency of CFB boilers and keep them in a safe and economic state of operation.Here,the construction and working principle of Shenhuo Power Plant's 440 t/h super-pressure reheating CFB boiler's slag cooler is being described,accompanied by an analysis of often occurring failures and recommendations for their prevention and ways of dealing with them.
