共凝聚气浮-生物接触氧化处理屠宰废水的研究

摘    要:采用共凝聚气浮-生物接触氧化法处理屠宰废水,经过气浮处理,COD、SS、NH3-N的去除率分别达75%、90%、55%以上;在生化反应前增加气浮处理,大大降低了COD的有机负荷,提高了废水的可生化性。在生化阶段处理水是先经气浮处理的废水,COD质量浓度为500~600mg/L的情况下,生化出水COD平均质量浓度可降到70mg/L以下,达到GB8978-1996的一级排放标准。

Abstract:Co-coagulation flotation-biocontact oxidation process was used to treat slaughterhouse wastewater. The removal rate of COD, SS, NH3-N were above 75%, 90%, 55% respectively after the flotation process; therefore, adding air flotation process before the biochemical process could greatly decrease the organic loading of COD and improve the biodegradability of the wastewater. The wastewater treated by biochemical process was firstly treated in co-coagulation flotation equipment, when the mass concentration of COD was 500 to 600 mg/L, the average mass concentration of COD of the biochemical effluent decreased to below 70 mg/L, which met the specification for grade 1 in national discharge standard (GB 8978-1996).
