摘    要:焦化产业作为高能耗、高污染产业,具有巨大的节能减排潜力。针对目前炼焦工业存在的问题,分析了目前炼焦工艺的现状,提出一种全新的换热式两段焦炉的结构及其工艺流程,采用干燥预热室、换热室和燃烧室-炭化室一体化的立式结构设计,煤的干燥预热和干馏过程分别在干燥预热室和炭化室内分两段完成,具有炼焦耗热量低,提高焦炉生产能力,扩大炼焦煤源,节省投资,减少环境污染等优良特性,是替代现有焦炉的新一代焦炉,探索了焦化工业发展新的途径。

Abstract:Though coking industry is highly energy-consuming and heavily air-pollutant, it has tremendous potential of energy saving and emission reduction. In view of the current problems of coking industry, present situation of coking process was analyzed. A new kind of coke oven named heat exchanged two-step coke oven was proposed, featuring a vertical structure and composed of drying and preheating chamber, heat exchanger, combustion and coking chambers. It can replace the existing coke oven, because of having the advantages of low coking heat consumption, high productive capacity, enlarging coal resources, saving investment, reducing environmental pollution and so on. It is a new solution for the development of coking industry.
