高压静电除尘低效率因素及改造措施

摘    要:介绍了首钢长治钢铁有限公司高压静电除尘器在实际运行中出现除尘低效率的状况,并且结合影响除尘 器除尘效率低的因素进行分析,提出了合理的改造方案。调试运行后证明:经改造后的高压静电除尘器,运行更稳 定且高效,除尘效率由以前的68%提高到现在的98%以上,同时也很大程度地降低了运行成本,取得了一定的经 济与环保效益。

Abstract:The article introduced the status of low efficiency of electrostatic precipitation at high voltage in Shougang Chang- zhi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Some improving measure was proposed. It was proved that the electrostatic precipitation of high voltage by improving was steadier and higher efficiency. The efficiency was improved from 60% to 98% by debugging at present. While the cost was debased, the benefit of circumstance were improved by a certain extent.
